What I make

SwiftUI tutorials

Road2SwiftUI has explained SwiftUI with code and screenshots since 2020 (the Japanese edition is SwiftUIへの道). In September 2026, pages that use deprecated APIs or outdated steps gained notes on the current approach, such as NavigationStack, foregroundStyle, and @Observable.

• WebP Converter. — batch-converts PNG, JPG, HEIC, and GIF to WebP
• AVIF Converter. — batch-converts PNG, JPG, HEIC, and more to AVIF

Free web tools

• Image Tool Web — a batch image converter that runs in the browser
• Drawing Measure — measures lengths and areas on PDF or image drawings

Both process your images and drawings inside the browser without sending them to a server.

Guides and blog

Guides on converting to WebP, AVIF, JPEG XL, and HEIC on a Mac and on handling HDR images, along with posts on iOS and web development, are listed on the articles page.

How this site works

• File size comparisons in the conversion guides are measured by actually converting the images on my Mac.
• The conversion guides cover macOS built-in features and command-line tools, not just my own apps.
• When an article gets out of date, I add notes or fix it and show the updated date.
• Articles display ads served by Google AdSense. See the Privacy Policy for details.
